Quints and Time for Working Out…Really? Yes!

I get a lot of questions on ‘How on earth do you have time to work out’…well the answer is simple, you just find time for it. We all find time to eat and sleep…but finding time for fitness/exercise is just as important. You can use objects around the house to help too.. like the counter top for pushups, or the stairs for tricep dips or cardio…run up and down, skip a step…so many things you can do with the stairs. And of course taking the stroller out with the quints and going on a walk / jog.





Few of my favorite exercises I love to do:

  • Push ups & sits ups…its like a must do. I love starting the day off with those! (Get the quints milk warming in the microwave, press start on the coffee pot, and then hit the pushups and sit-ups for the 3 minutes it takes to warm the milk cups)

  • Jump squats
  • Mountain climbers
  • High knees
  • Burpees
  • Jumping Jacks

  • Planks

    • side planks

Ab options

  • Russian twist
  • Side crunch
  • Flutter kicks
  • Leg raises
